To ensure clarity, flexibility, and respect for our artisans’ time, we have implemented a professional two-step deposit system. This process ensures mutual commitment and transparency between both parties.

Step 1: Initial Consultation Deposit
When you submit a custom design request, a flat-rate deposit of $20 is required. This fee covers the time spent reviewing your design and assessing its feasibility.

Purpose:
1.Filters serious customers from casual inquiries.
2.Compensates for the time spent evaluating the request, including consulting with artisans about materials, complexity, and production feasibility.

Process:
1.Submit your idea with a brief description (e.g., product type, material preferences, dimensions, etc.) and upload an image or sketch.
2.Our team reviews the design and consults with artisans.
3.A detailed quote is provided, including materials, labor, and shipping costs.

Step 2: Final Payment
Once the custom item is completed, the remaining balance must be paid before the product is shipped.
